1. Overview
Beatz4Pi is a music exchange community on Pi Network. By using it you agree to these Terms and Pi Network developer policies.
2. Eligibility
- Must be a verified Pi Network Pioneer.
- Must be 18+ or have guardian consent.
- One account per Pioneer.
3. Pi Payments
All transactions use Pi via Pi Network official payment API. We never store Pi or your wallet keys.
4. External Links
You may share YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, Instagram and Facebook links. We are not responsible for third-party content.
5. Subscription
Pioneer Pro costs 1 Pi per month (1 Test Pi on Testnet). Payment goes to the Beatz4Pi app wallet. Non-refundable on Mainnet.
6. File Transfers
PM transfers limited to 64MB per message.
7. Prohibited Content
Spam, hate speech, profanity, adult content and non-music content result in immediate suspension.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts violating these Terms or Pi Network policies.
1. Data We Collect
Only what is needed: your Pi username, posts, links and messages.
2. Authentication
Handled by Pi Network. We receive only your username and UID, never your seed phrase or private keys.
3. Storage
Browser local storage only for session and preferences. No advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
4. Messages
Messages encrypted in transit. Files not permanently stored beyond delivery.

6. Retention
Data retained while account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
1. Your Content
You retain full copyright to beats and tracks you share. Posting does not transfer ownership.
2. License to Display
By posting you grant Beatz4Pi a limited, non-exclusive license to display your post in the platform only.
3. External Links
When sharing links you confirm you are the rights holder or have permission to share that content.
4. Pi Licensing
Beat licensing via Pi is a direct agreement between Pioneers. Keep Pi transaction records as proof.
5. No Unauthorized Sampling
Do not post content containing samples you do not have rights to use.
6. File Transfer Responsibility
Any files sent via PM are the sole responsibility of the sender. Beatz4Pi does not monitor, store or take responsibility for files transferred between Pioneers. All file transfers must comply with copyright law and Pi Network guidelines.
6. Takedowns
Report infringement with your name and the infringing URL. We act within 72 hours.
7. Repeat Infringers
Accounts with repeated violations permanently suspended per Pi Network guidelines.
8. File Transfers
File transfers via PM are temporary and stored only in the browser session — Beatz4Pi does not store any files on servers. Pioneers are solely responsible for ensuring they have full rights to share any files, beats, samples or recordings sent via the platform. Sharing copyrighted material without permission is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
1. Be a Real Pioneer
Treat every Pioneer with respect, dignity and professionalism.
2. Music Only
All posts must be music or beat related. Spam removed immediately.
3. No Fake Previews
Links must lead to genuine music content. Misleading links result in permanent suspension.
4. Language
Profanity, hate speech, discrimination and harassment are strictly prohibited. Auto-filter is active.
5. Fair Pi Dealing
All Pi transactions must be honest. Scams result in account termination and reporting to Pi Network.
6. Respect IP
Only share music you have rights to. Do not steal beats or claim others work as your own.
7. Pi Network Rules
All Pi Network platform policies and KYC requirements apply in full within Beatz4Pi at all times.
